Swan Falls Assisted Living We are an Assisted Living Community located in Kuna, Idaho. We have chosen a unique approach to assisted living care in building a cluster of small buildings to give our community members the individualized attention and care they deserve. Our Team has the experience to deliver quality health care in a warm friendly assisted living environment. Memory Care Kuna Living Center has now opened their Memory Care Unit, a safe facility for local community members that need that unique safety net. The facility is the newest building on our campus but includes safe doors and property to protect the confused members. Our Services Our primary mission is to provide our community members with quality services in the context of assisted living care. We have developed a unique improvement program approach designed to improve outcomes for both residents and caregivers. To achieve that goal, we work closely with each resident and their families to better understand the unique challenges involved.
